Today we present the renovation project of the passenger ferry The Champion Jet 3, which recently opened its hospitable doors for it’s visitors.

Our products have been used in the lighting project of the passenger lounge. We congratulate our partners Apollon Design – Stretch Ceilings
with the completion of such a remarkable project.

A unique lighting system has been specially designed by Drakatos + Partners Architects to create a focal point in the interior and fill the space with light. Look how thin lines of light curve gently through the room, echoing the shape of the large light panel at the center. The lines appear to outline the silhouette of a ship, creating the illusion of diverging waves to catch the eye.

AL 33 Twist lighting profiles and special flexible LEDs were used to create the lines of light. The surfaces of the composition are covered with a tensioned film: a translucent film for the lamp and a white matt fabric between the light lines. The external perimeter fixing is made with Al 26 profile, creating a reliable and durable construction.

This lighting solution adds a touch of elegance to the interior and creates an effect of lightness, making the composition look complete and harmonious.
