Vecta Design at BATIMAT 2026 in Paris
Shaping Spaces with Light
From 28 September to 1 October 2026, Vecta Design took part in BATIMAT 2026, one of the leading international construction exhibitions, held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles in Paris.
Vecta Design participated as part of the joint Estonian stand organised by the Estonian Business and Innovation Agency (EIS) under the Trade with Estonia brand. Together with other Estonian companies, Vecta Design presented its solutions to an international audience of architects, designers, construction companies and industry professionals.
Participants in the joint stand were selected by EIS based on criteria including export potential, readiness to enter new markets, ability to create added value and capacity for innovation. Preparations for BATIMAT included working meetings, coordination of the joint stand design, and the development of the marketing and communication programme.
Vecta Design: Light, Surfaces and New Interior Possibilities
At BATIMAT 2026, Vecta Design presented the possibilities of using mirror stretch materials for ceilings and walls, together with modern lighting solutions based on stretch-system technologies.
One of the main focuses of the exhibition was the combination of stretch surfaces with modern LED light sources. This technology makes it possible to create luminaires in a wide variety of shapes and sizes and to integrate them directly into interior architecture.
The Vecta Design exhibition demonstrated that light can be much more than a separate functional element within a space. By combining light, form and stretch materials, it is possible to create architectural objects that become an integral part of the interior design.
The mirror surfaces displayed at the stand also demonstrated new possibilities for working with visual perception, reflection, depth and light. Combined with illuminated structures, these materials give architects and designers additional tools for creating distinctive contemporary interiors.

Participation in BATIMAT 2026 was not only an opportunity for Vecta Design to present its existing technologies to an international professional audience, but also to highlight one of the key directions of the company’s future development.
